About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators to deliver high-quality coordination supports under the Achora brand while managing their own participant caseload.
This opportunity is suited to experienced Support Coordinators who are confident working independently, understand the importance of compliance and quality practice, and want greater flexibility, autonomy and control over their earning capacity.
You will have the ability to manage and grow your own caseload while working within Achora’s established systems, governance framework and professional support structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality NDIS Support Coordination services
- Build, manage and maintain strong participant relationships
- Assist participants to understand, implement and maximise their NDIS plans
- Coordinate supports, providers, service agreements and funding effectively
- Communicate professionally with participants, families, providers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant records in line with NDIS requirements
- Work within Achora’s systems, processes and quality standards
- Contribute to a professional, participant-centred and outcomes-focused service culture
Model and Structure
- Contractor / partnership-style opportunity, ABN required
- Designed for experienced Support Coordinators who want greater autonomy, flexibility and control over their earning capacity
- Autonomy over caseload management within agreed quality, compliance and service delivery expectations
- Opportunity to scale capacity over time, including building a team where appropriate
- Centralised systems, branding, governance, compliance framework and operational support provided
- Optional access to The Maple Group’s Bella Vista HQ / co-working hub
- Long-term professional pathway, not a short-term contract
Experience and Profile
We are looking for Support Coordinators who have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering NDIS Support Coordination
- Strong understanding of NDIS plans, funding categories and participant needs
- Sound knowledge of compliance, documentation and service delivery expectations
- Confidence communicating with participants, families, providers and stakeholders
- Strong organisation, accountability and time management skills
- A participant-centred, practical and outcomes-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while operating within a structured governance framework
- Commitment to transparency, quality practice and participant-centred outcomes
Remuneration
- Contractor-based revenue share model
- Expected earning range of $50–$75 per hour, depending on caseload, capacity and engagement structure
- Earnings growth driven by caseload expansion, not capped salary progression
