Core Responsibilities
Precision Brows: Expert mapping, sculpting, custom tinting, hybrid dye, and brow lamination.
Lash Services: Flawless lash lifts/tints and high-quality, damage-free lash extension application (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume).
Advanced Skin: Performing bespoke skin treatments, thorough skin analysis, and prescribing customised home-care routines.
Client Experience: Delivering seamless, end-to-end consultations, maintaining immaculate room standards, and driving client retention.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in brows, lash extensions, and professional skin treatments.
Speed & Precision: Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume, meticulous work within realistic commercial timeframes (e.g., full sets and complex treatments executed efficiently without compromising quality).
Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, strong communication, and a proactive, team-first attitude.
Standards: A deep understanding of skin penetration guidelines, high-hygiene protocols, and premium client care.
