Our busy clinics within South-East Melbourne are seeking some enthusiastic and proactive Medical Receptionists to join the team
These will be Full-Time Permanent roles with opportunities to work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success. These roles will be for the Mulgrave Private Hospital (6:30am – 6:00pm) and Cranbourne (8.15am to 5.00pm) clinics involving rotation between sites within Southeast Melbourne.
What will you be doing?
The role involves being the first point of contact for all our patients (in person, call and email) and giving them the quality care associated with I-MED Radiology Network. You will be assisting patients to make and amend bookings, general preparation and billing information relating to the procedure.
When and where will you do it?
Our receptions operate at different hours depending on the clinic, but you will be rostered for 7.6-hour shifts Monday to Friday, and you will be given Induction training upon commencement and with additional on the floor support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback and development.

What are we seeking?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
- Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
