Boardwalk Bistro on Hastings is seeking a qualified chef with a minimum of one year of experience.
The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role.
- Be passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have the ability to work unsupervised.
- Possess a strong work ethic, be career motivated and have a can do attitude.
- Be a team player.
- Be strong in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Have a strong understanding of stock control and ordering processes.
- Be able to supervise, train and motivate young chefs whilst leading by example.
- Work in a clean and well maintained environment.
- Have a genuine passion for the industry and an interest in food trends.
- Must be available for immediate start
- Minimum qualification requirement of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
