About Us
Skyarch Medical Clinic is a Japanese and English Speaking General Practice. We are expanding and looking for a friendly, organised, and bilingual receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking a Japanese and English-speaking GP Receptionist to support our front desk operations and other receptionist roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients in a warm, professional manner
- Managing appointment bookings and phone enquiries
- Handling patient records and administrative tasks
- Processing payments and Medicare billing
- Communicating effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking patients
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Computer skills
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in a medical or receptionist role
- Familiarity with Best Practice or similar medical software
- Understanding of Medicare billing
