As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while helping maintain a fun, fast-paced, and welcoming environment.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring every table has an exceptional experience.
- Building genuine rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining room throughout service.
- Handling payments and operating the POS system.
- Assisting with opening, closing, and general venue duties as required.
