Cable Jointing Supplies is seeking a motivated Internal Sales/Office person with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail and strong data entry skills. This is a full-time varied role providing sales support, administration and customer service support.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
- Process customer orders, quotes and some purchase orders promptly. MYOB experience would be highly advantageous (tech savvy).
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen consumables and filing systems.
- Proven experience in a similar Internal Sales/Office person role, electrical knowledge preferred but not essential.
-Multi-tasker - prioritise meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Able to juggle answering phones, replying to emails, entering quotes and orders promptly. Minimum typing speed 45 WPM. Candidates must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen for this role.
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
