About Suzy's
Suzy's is one of Perth's most anticipated new venues — a modern Italian-inspired restaurant at the water's edge in Hillarys Boat Harbour. Everything about Suzy's is considered. The food is beautiful, the drinks are crafted, and the details — right down to the crockery — are chosen with intention. We are a venue where the standard is high and the atmosphere is effortless. By day on weekends, we are a buzzing destination for specialty coffee, matcha, share plates, and long lunches — and we need a floor team that keeps everything running smoothly and looking the part. We have not even opened yet and the anticipation has already exceeded our expectations.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-presented juniors to join our weekend floor team as runners. You will be responsible for delivering food and drinks to tables, running specialty coffees and matchas from the bar, and keeping the floor clean, clear, and looking its best throughout service. It is a support role, but it is an important one. At Suzy's, every interaction and every detail contributes to the experience our guests have — and that includes the way food is delivered to the table and the way the floor is maintained. We take pride in the small things, and we need people who do too.
What We are Looking For
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential — we are happy to train the right person. What we are looking for is someone who is reliable, well-presented, and takes direction well. You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside an experienced team, and you'll need to keep up with a smile.You carry yourself well, you're switched on, and you understand that even in a support role, you are representing Suzy's on the floor. The standard here is high, and we expect everyone on the team — regardless of their role — to uphold it.
