About the role:
Provide strategic leadership and high-level management of a 7-day Physiotherapy service.
Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate the Allied Health Clinical Governance Framework.
Maintain accountability for professional standards ensuring practice meets AHPRA and Board requirements.
Manage the operational, human resource, and financial functions of a complex Physiotherapy service.
Lead high-level relationships with universities to expand research and clinical education capacity.
Represent Physiotherapy and Allied Health on area, state-wide, and national forums.
About you:
You hold a degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
You possess expert clinical knowledge and the ability to resolve complex service challenges.
You are a strategic leader capable of managing large teams and multi-million dollar budgets.
You have highly developed negotiation skills to advocate for resources and achieve strategic goals.
You are committed to fostering an inclusive team culture and delivering culturally safe care.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $190,788 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $161,540 - $167,217 p.a.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
