We are looking for an experienced baker to look after our sourdough production as well as being in charge of all viennoiseries. This role requires a flexible person, able to cover an array of tasks and work with a strong team spirit alongside two pastry chefs.
Frenchies is a young and dynamic company, brewing beers and offering great food in the bar/restaurant for the past 8 years. We opened the Bakery & Patisserie in 2023, offering all homemade quality products made with passion. From sourdough bread and baguettes, wide range of croissants and patisserie, to pies, sandwiches and coffee.

Good experience as a artisan baker is a must as well as background in various viennoiseries production.
