WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
We are offering an excellent opportunity for dedicated Registered Nurses to join the team at Gumeracha Hospital to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a collaborative clinical environment. You will assess, plan and coordinate care, work with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to safe, effective practice with increasing autonomy.
You will also support service delivery through leadership, education and continuous improvement. This includes mentoring staff and students, contributing to health education, and participating in quality and research activities while developing your own professional capability.
