HSE Advisors - Mining & Construction Projects
C.E.M. Alliance is currently seeking expressions of interest for
HSE Advisors to support upcoming
Construction & Mining projects across the WA resources sector.
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO
- Various shifts available
- 12.5 hour shifts
- WA Drivers License required
- FIFO from Perth ONLY
- 3 - 6 month contract - potential extension (long term projects)
About the Role
- Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, safe‑work procedures, and HSE standards in accordance with the project specific HSE Management Plans.
- Provide specialist guidance on risk assessments, safety documentation, incident investigations, and accident reporting
- Lead internal and third‑party HSE audits, support with tender and pre-qualification documentation
- Play an active role in the delivery of weekly toolbox, daily prestart sessions, and HSE inspections on site
About You
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
- CPR/LVR Certificate (within 12 months)
- First Aid Certificate (within 2 years)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mining or construction
- Strong communicator, highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently
