The role
Accountable for the successful end to end delivery of complex ERP and Business Applications projects, within a professional services environment.
Operate as a senior delivery leader, trusted by executive and customer stakeholders to ensure programs and projects are delivered in time and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a variety of concurrent professional services projects across ERP & Business Applications (MS Dynamics experience preferred).
- Guide projects ranging from 1-2mth engagements through to complex, multi stream and phased roadmap of initiatives.
- Own accountability for delivery outcomes across assigned cloud and digital projects, ensuring contractual, commercial, and customer objectives are met.
- Management of project financial performance, including budget baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection.
- Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, setting expectations clearly and communicating impacts, trade-offs and decisions transparently.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum ten years' experience in Project Management, with five years' operating at a senior level.
- Experience delivering large ERP/Business Applications projects (MS Dynamics experience preferred) within a Professional Services, IT consulting, or outsourced delivery environment.
- Experience operating within fast paced, high concurrent project volume environments within billable, margin driven delivery models.
- Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
- Highly proactive, outcomes driven and comfortable making decisions in complex environments.
