This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist or team leader who is ready to take the next step into management. Working closely with the Clinic Manager, you’ll help support daily operations, guide team performance, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

- Experience achieving clinic goals and providing personalised treatment recommendations
About the Role
As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will:
- Support the Clinic Manager with daily clinic operations
- Help oversee front desk flow and overall client experience
- Assist with team mentoring, training, and motivation
- Support clinic performance and team goals
- Step into a leadership role when required
- Deliver consultations and treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Help maintain the high standards and welcoming atmosphere Urban Spa is known for
