Sales Manager – UFC GYM Woolooware
Full-Time | $60,000 + OTE

The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll take full ownership of the sales function at Woolooware, driving membership growth, building a high-performing sales team, and — critically — building UFC GYM Woolooware's presence and reputation across the Shire through active outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Own the full sales pipeline — from lead response and appointment booking to close
- Ensure leads are actioned within minutes, maximising conversion opportunities
- Drive a strong, ongoing outreach strategy — building genuine relationships and networks within local Shire businesses, schools, sporting clubs, and community groups
- Build strong ties with the Shire's sporting community — including local rugby league, rugby union, swimming, surf lifesaving, and other sporting clubs — to create genuine partnership and referral opportunities
- Represent UFC GYM Woolooware at local community events, expos, and partnership opportunities to build brand presence and grow our local network
- Develop and nurture referral partnerships with local businesses and community organisations to create consistent, high-quality lead generation
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members
- Track performance against KPIs and report on sales metrics regularly
- Work closely with club and fitness leadership to align sales efforts with member experience and retention
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the sales floor and lead by example
About You
- Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role, ideally within fitness, health, or a membership-based industry
- A natural networker with strong community engagement skills, and ideally existing knowledge of or connections within the Shire area and its sporting community
- A natural leader who can build, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Confident managing KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for fitness and community
- Available to work full-time, including flexibility around peak enquiry periods and community events
