CASUAL POST-EVENT CLEANING & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Round The Way is a busy mobile catering company servicing weddings, corporate events, festivals and private functions across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated and reliable person to join our team in a varied casual role focused on post-event cleaning, pack-down, organisation and general operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your role will primarily involve looking after our trucks, equipment and warehouse following events.
This can include:
- Cleaning and resetting food trucks after events
- Washing, sanitising and organising equipment
- Unloading trucks after events
- Packing equipment away correctly
- Restocking and preparing trucks for their next event
- General warehouse cleaning and organisation
- Keeping equipment and storage areas neat and organised
- Rubbish removal and general clean-up
- Assisting with general operational tasks around the warehouse
- Identifying things that need cleaning, fixing, replacing or organising
- Helping our team prepare for upcoming events
It's a varied role, and we're looking for someone who sees what needs doing and gets stuck into it.
HOURS
This is a casual position with varied hours based around our event schedule.
The role will include:
- Some late-night shifts following events
- Some weekend work
- Weekday shifts when required
- Additional hours during busy periods
Our events can finish late, so you need to be comfortable working some evening/night shifts.
There is potential for regular ongoing work for the right person.

- Previous hospitality, cleaning, warehouse or event experience
- Own reliable transport to and from our Spotswood warehouse
