We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer who is self-motivated, has willingness to learn and has great attention to detail.
About the role
This position will be required to provide a high standard of financial administrative support to the Financial Accountant to ensure key operational accounting functions are delivered on time.
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Completion of daily Bank Reconciliation for City of Darwin bank Accounts.

Manage the Corporate Credit Card system including processing applications for new cards and collation and processing of transactions.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monthly and final year end.

Assisting with grant reporting and acquittals.
Position pre-requisites:

Diploma of Accounting or equivalent qualification and/or a minimum of four (4) year's experience in finance-related position.

Hold and maintain a Class C drivers' licence.

Ability to obtain a National Police Records Check.
