Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Kawana Waters
Located in the heart of Kawana Waters, our venue is all about great energy, great people and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door. As an Assistant Venue Leader, you'll help lead a passionate team while building a venue the local community loves coming back to.
What you'll be doing:
Leading by example and creating a positive, energetic environment for guests and team members
Supporting the Venue Leader in the day to day running of the venue
Coaching, developing and motivating team members to perform at their best
Managing key operational tasks including stock control, cash handling, food safety and compliance
Delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
Helping drive venue performance through strong leadership, efficiency and attention to detail
Ensuring every shift runs smoothly, even during the busiest periods
About you:
You have leadership experience in hospitality or retail
You're a natural people person who enjoys building strong team
You lead with positivity, accountability and a hands on approach
You stay calm under pressure and know how to keep a team motivated during busy services
You're passionate about delivering great customer experiences and creating a welcoming environment
You're available to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
