As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of the service, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional educational outcomes while maintaining strong operational performance.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of educators and leaders.
- Drive a positive and engaging centre culture focused on quality and child outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and company policies.
- Manage occupancy, enrolments, budgets, and centre performance targets.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Mentor and support your team to achieve and maintain high-quality ratings and educational practices.
- Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
You are a passionate leader who brings energy, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
You will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services Regulations.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, achieving occupancy goals, and driving centre performance.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
