As the IT Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and improving manufacturing and laboratory IT systems across the Brisbane site. You will contribute to system enhancements, project delivery, compliance activities, and day-to-day operational support while ensuring technology solutions remain secure, reliable, and aligned to business needs.
- Support manufacturing and laboratory applications, GxP systems, and associated infrastructure.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues through ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, Quality, Engineering, and global IT teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Participate in IT projects involving manufacturing systems, laboratory systems, digital initiatives, and compliance remediation.
- Assist with testing, deployment, validation, documentation, and change management activities.
- Support system lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, migrations, access reviews, and system retirement.
- Contribute to maintaining GMP compliance, data integrity, and validated system environments.
- Prepare and execute validation documentation including change controls, IQs, OQs, and PQs.
- Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and audit activities related to IT systems.
You will bring:
- Experience in IT, including experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or business-critical applications.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements and validated systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- SCADA, MES, Historian, LIMS, or similar manufacturing/laboratory platforms.
- ServiceNow.
- VMware or Hyper-V environments.
- Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Data Integrity, CAPA, Change Control, and Audit Trail Reviews.
- Manufacturing Operations Technology (OT) environments.
