Join our friendly café team in Randwick! We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic staff who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering great customer service.
Barista (30+ Hours per Week)
Requirements:
Available Monday to Friday (with opportunities for weekend shifts)
Minimum 1 year of barista experience (Australian café experience preferred)
Strong communication and English skills
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Able to handle busy service periods and maintain coffee quality
All-Rounder (30–35 Hours per Week)
Requirements:
Available Monday to Friday (with opportunities for Saturday shifts)
Minimum 1 year of café or hospitality experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Duties Include:
Making cold drinks, juices, and smoothies
Assisting with coffee preparation and making shots
Preparing toasties and sandwiches
Cashier and customer service duties
General café support and cleaning
