About EstateX
EstateX is Sydney's trusted pre sale and renovation partner, helping homeowners and businesses upgrade their properties through our "Renovate Now, Pay Later" and "Fitout Now, Pay Later" models. We work with residential clients preparing to sell, homeowners undertaking general renovations, and commercial clients across cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, gyms, and retail needing fitouts, all without upfront payment.
The Role
We're looking for confident, articulate telemarketers to join our outbound calling team. You'll be reaching out to homeowners and business owners from our lead databases, introducing them to EstateX's services, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for our sales team to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from provided databases (homeowner and business owner lists)
- Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally to the conversation
- Qualify leads and identify genuine interest in renovation or fitout services
- Handle common objections using provided objection handling frameworks
- Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM using our priority key (Red: no answer, Yellow: not interested, Blue: interested)
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and booking targets
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and persistent approach across every call
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call centre, or outbound sales (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Resilience and comfort with rejection; this is a high volume, target driven role
- Comfortable using CRM systems (training provided)
- Self motivated and able to work independently to meet targets
- Reliable internet and phone setup if working remotely

Pay: $49,900.00 – $110,602.08 per year
