What your day could look like
As an Administration Officer, you'll help keep services running smoothly and ensure patients feel supported from the moment they connect with care. From managing information systems to coordinating with staff, your work underpins safe, efficient service delivery and positive patient experiences.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Ensuring patient information and appointments are accurate and up to date to support seamless care delivery
Acting as a trusted first point of contact, providing clear, respectful support to patients, visitors and staff
Coordinating administrative processes and records to maintain efficiency and compliance
Identifying ways to improve workflows and contributing ideas that enhance team and service outcomes
