Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Northern Territory Police Force (NTPF) Digital Transformation Program. This role will provide leadership, coordination, and delivery oversight for key initiatives aimed at improving policing capability, operational effectiveness, and community safety outcomes.
The position requires strong delivery focus combined with stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption leadership to ensure successful implementation of complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate delivery of assigned project workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives

Drive adoption and integration of new systems, tools, and processes into operational policing environments

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements

Coordinate communication across diverse stakeholder groups

Support business readiness, transition planning, and operational embedding

Lead change management, training, and user engagement initiatives

Monitor delivery progress and ensure benefits realisation

Provide high-level reporting and advice to senior stakeholders

Analyse operational, legislative, and regulatory requirements impacting delivery
Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects or leading teams in complex environments

Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, governance, and execution
