Frank & Harri is on the hunt for a Barista / All-Rounder to keep the floor buzzing and be the friendly face our regulars come back for. You'll work closely with our kitchen and patisserie team to keep service tight and standards high.
Key Responsibilities
- Make consistent, high-quality coffee and other drinks
- Serve customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Handle payments and operate the POS
- Run food, clear tables and keep the floor tidy
- Assist with basic food prep and restocking
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Support the team through busy service
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years' front-of-house experience
- Solid barista skills
- Reliable, friendly and calm under pressure
- Available Saturdays
The Role
- Ongoing casual
- Saturdays required, Sundays always off
- Flexible rostering with advance notice
