NOW HIRING – SUSHI CHEF / SUSHI HAND
Location: Highett, VIC
We are a brand-new Japanese restaurant opening in Highett Shopping Centre and are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Sushi Chefs / Sushi Hands to join our team.
Position Available: Full-time Part-time Casual
Responsibilities: Preparing sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi Food preparation and stock rotation Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Assisting with kitchen operations Working efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements: Previous sushi preparation experience preferred Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food presentation Reliable, punctual and positive attitude Full working rights in Australia
