Position: Remedial Massage Therapist / Myotherapist

Location: Frankston, VIC 3199 Salary: $73,150 - $78,000 per annum + Superannuation (or $40.00 - $50 per hour + Super, based on experience)
About the Role: Bayside Massage & Myotherapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Remedial Massage Therapist / Myotherapist to join our growing clinical practice in Frankston.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based manual therapies and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, posture analysis, and clinical tests
- Formulate and execute tailored treatment plans for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide remedial massage, soft tissue therapy, dry needling (if qualified), and myotherapy techniques
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical record keeping and patient progress notes
- Reassess patient outcomes and communicate effective self-care / exercise management strategies
- Maintain a clean, professional, and hygienic clinical environment
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage (AQF Level 5) or Bachelor / Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy (AQF Level 6)
- Minimum 1 years of experience, New graduated are welcome.
- Active membership with a recognized professional association (e.g., Massage & Myotherapy Australia or MAA) - Eligible for Private Health Fund provider numbers
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications - Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance - Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic skills, and excellent client communication
Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
