Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Assistant to join our support team. This role is essential in providing first-line technical support, resolving IT issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for employees and clients, assisting with troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Respond to IT queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining IT systems and updating software.
- Documentation: Record incidents, resolutions, and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
