About the Role:
Join the Riverland Mallee Coorong Community Health team as a CME Administrator and play a vital role in supporting quality healthcare across the region. In this rewarding position, you'll manage client information and medical records, provide accurate reporting, and help ensure community health services run efficiently making a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of local communities every day.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
Strong administrative, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience using and troubleshooting client management/database systems, including training others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the preparation of reports, data analysis and statistical reporting.
Experience in records management with strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
Ability to solve problems, adapt to change and work effectively with diverse people and stakeholders.
Desired Criteria
Experience developing policies and procedures, with strong leadership, training and document management skills.
Knowledge of community health services, database systems, reporting tools and records management standards.
Experience in quality improvement, accreditation and working within a health-related environment.
