Team Leader & Pick/Pack Opportunities – 3PL Logistics
Cross Docks Australia is looking for motivated people to join our growing logistics team across our Laverton North and Derrimut warehouses.
Team Leader – 3PL Logistics
We’re looking for an experienced 3PL Team Leader who can lead a team of around 5–10 people and set the standard for safe, efficient warehouse operations.
You’ll have experience across:
- Outbound operations
- Picking and packing
- Forklift and equipment operations
- People management and team leadership
- Setting, maintaining and following through on workplace standards
We’re looking for a self-starter who takes ownership, leads by example and wants to build a long-term career in logistics.
Pick & Pack / Warehouse Casual
We’re also looking for reliable, hands-on people for regular casual work across picking, packing, outbound and general warehouse duties.
You’ll need to be:
- Reliable and motivated
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Safety-focused
- Willing to learn and follow processes and standards
- Available for shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Both roles require the ability to work across our Laverton North and Derrimut warehouses.
