We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to provide critical administrative and coordination support for a major integration project. This role is based in Nundah, QLD on a fixed-term contract basis (3–6 months).
What you’ll do
- Maintain project documentation, records, trackers, action logs and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting packs and take accurate minutes.
- Track actions, follow up with stakeholders and support project governance activities.
- Assist with reporting, presentations and executive project documentation.
- Maintain RAID registers and ensure risks, issues, assumptions and decisions are accurately documented.
What you’ll bring
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bees values.
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong experience managing meeting schedules, inboxes, actions and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience taking meeting minutes and maintaining governance records.
- Excellent organisational, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
