Blueroom Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a 'the Bread Social' is seeking skilled and passionate Bakers to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the production of high-quality baked goods while maintaining our commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. You will ensure that all products meet our quality standards while following food safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- A relevant Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent qualification) and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience; OR three years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Salary & Benefits:
- $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience).
- 12% superannuation.
