As an important member of the firm, you will work alongside the Managing Partner and be given the opportunity to instruct some of Australia’s leading Counsel.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum 12 months post admission experience in Criminal defence law including regular Court appearances
- Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Solid written, analytical and communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and have full carriage of matters while being flexible enough to be a team player and pitch in when needed
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines, often with competing priorities
- Confident communicator able to deal with clients from all walks of life
- Be able to build strong client relationships
