About The Role:
We are looking for Casual Sales Assistant to join our upcoming Fortitude Valley team! In this role, it’s your job to create a world-class retail experience by discovering customers’ needs, delivering solutions and building brand loyalty. You will have a passion for retail and are energised by interactions with your customers. You’ll support with store operations across inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention and store presentation, to ensure the memo retail experience is brought to life within the store environment.
About You:
To be successful at The Memo as a Sales Assistant you will be an ambassador for The Memo brand, embodying the memo company values and maintaining a positive brand image. You will authentically demonstrate the ultimate standard of customer experience; using strong product knowledge to bring to life solutions for our customers. We are looking for people who have;
- Customer service experience
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Computer literate - Word, Outlook, POS
- Genuine interest in connecting with customers
- Must be available to work weekends
