Our client is seeking a dedicated, full-time ICT Business and Systems Analyst to manage their busy team. This is an immediate, localized vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Elicitation: Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather, document, and analyze business and functional specifications.
- Process Mapping: Map out current business processes and system workflows using modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN) to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into non-technical business language, and vice-versa, to ensure total alignment.
- Solution Design: Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide system developers.
- Testing & Deployment: Oversee or facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create system documentation, and design training programs for end
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in IT
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Commitment to long-term employment in Australia
