The Role
We're looking for a casual Personal Carer in the Shepparton and surrounding area to work approximately 12 hours a week across 6 days, with potential for more hours as our client base grows. This role is entirely community-based — you'll be supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes, not in a residential facility, helping them stay independent where they're most comfortable.
We'd love to hear from compassionate people with qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support and experience providing in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients.
Mandatory Requirements

NDIS Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable car with insurance
- Influenza vaccination (required annually)
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, but not essential)
- Working with Children's Check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes in the Shepparton and surrounding area
