Sashimi Chef (5 Days per Week | up to 46 Hours per Week)
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sashimi Chef to join our team and take care of our sashimi and sushi preparation.
This role is ideal for someone confident in kitchen work and interested in developing or specialising in sashimi.
About the Role:
- Prepare and present sashimi and sushi to a high standard
- Assist with general kitchen prep and service
- Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Support stock control and daily operations
Roster:
- Weekdays: 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Weekends: 9:00am – 8:00pm
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sashimi preparation experience is essential
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must currently reside in Perth, Western Australia
