In this role, you'll be supervising children in our Kids Cartel (Crèche), providing a safe and fun environment for the little ones, whilst the parents get some “me time” in the Gym.
- Ensure the safety of children of whom you are supervising.
- Ensure that the procedures for booking in of children is strictly followed, along with pick up/drop off procedures as outlined.
- Supervise and monitor children's behaviours within the crèche area to ensure the safety is maintained for all children and staff.
- Communicate effectively with the children, keeping them calm and content during their visit.
- Uphold your 'duty of care' toward the child's safety and wellbeing.
- Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties.
