McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function and a team of two.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruitment leader who enjoys balancing end-to-end recruitment with coaching a team, partnering with hiring managers and continuously improving recruitment processes and systems.
You'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent, leading a small team and continuously improving how recruitment is delivered across McMahon Services.

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll lead a small Talent Acquisition team while remaining actively involved in recruitment delivery across a broad range of professional, technical and operational roles.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers, provide leadership and support to the recruitment team, oversee recruitment activities and identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems, processes and reporting.
This is a people leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on in recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a small Talent Acquisition team while remaining hands-on in recruitment.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, industry partners and recruitment agencies.
- Support employer branding, graduate and early careers initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small recruitment team.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability across a variety of roles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
