About Us
Wash Rite Wollongong & South Coast is a locally owned exterior cleaning business providing house washing, roof washing, driveway and path cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and commercial cleaning across the Illawarra and South Coast region. We're growing and looking for our first Field Operator to join the team.
About the Role
You'll be trained from the ground up to deliver our full range of exterior cleaning services to a high standard, working independently once trained across residential and eventually commercial properties. This is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term role with a growing local business, with real pay progression as you develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to residential and commercial properties across the Wollongong and South Coast region
- Complete house washing, driveway and path cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning to a consistent standard
- Represent Wash Rite professionally on customer property, communicating clearly and courteously
- Follow documented procedures and safety protocols for each service
- Care for and maintain company equipment and vehicle
- Report any issues, damage, or unexpected site conditions promptly
About You
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, being on your feet outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable, with a valid driver's licence and own transport
- Trustworthy and presentable, as you'll often work independently on customer property
- Coachable, willing to learn and follow a defined process
- Previous experience in pressure washing, cleaning, landscaping, or a physical trade is an advantage, but not essential
- A current Working at Heights ticket is highly regarded, or willingness to complete one

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
