NDIS Cleaner (Casual / Part-Time) – Joondalup & Northern Suburbs

Smiling People is a growing NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Perth. We're currently looking for a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented NDIS Cleaner to support participants in maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable homes.
About the Role
As an NDIS Cleaner, you'll work independently in participants' homes, assisting with household cleaning tasks that promote health, wellbeing, and independence.
Duties include:
- General house cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Laundry and changing bed linen (where required)
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe environment
- Building positive relationships with participants
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Friendly, respectful and compassionate
- Able to work independently
- Has strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about supporting people living with disability
Essential Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
