As a Lifestyle Assistant at St Agnes, you will design and deliver engaging individual and group activities to support residents' emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and facilitating lifestyle programs based on individual needs

Supporting new residents as they settle into the home

Documenting participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities

Advocating for residents and addressing any concerns or requests

Maintaining compliance with aged care quality standards and policies

Assisting with evaluation of residents' wellbeing and providing updates to nursing staff

Contributing to safe, respectful, and enjoyable living environments

National Police Certificate (current or willingness to obtain)

First Aid Certificate

Valid Driver's Licence

Understanding of aged care issues

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work respectfully in a diverse, team-based setting

Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, or Certificate III or IV in Aged Care

Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential — we welcome all applicants regardless of language background)
