In this role, you will support the full project lifecycle, contributing to the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions that improve how the business operates. This includes completing upfront analysis to define problems and opportunities, mapping current and future state processes, supporting operating model and business impact assessments, and ensuring solutions are aligned to business requirements and benefits. You’ll also assist with managing requirements through delivery, supporting testing activities, and working closely with stakeholders to navigate change effectively.
Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders across the business, helping to identify risks, facilitate solution discussions, and ensure outcomes are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
You’re an early-career Business Analyst (or someone transitioning into BA work) with a strong interest in understanding business processes and solving problems. You bring an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, simple language.
You’re organised, outcome-focused, and naturally collaborative, with a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive BA community. Exposure to process modelling, business writing, or project delivery environments will be highly regarded, along with a general understanding of business operations or the financial services industry.
