Join a respected Garage Doors leader as a Field Service Technician / Electrician!
We are looking for a Field Service Technician / Electrician for Garage Doors to add to our team! We specialise in premium garage doors and gates and provide sales, installation, service and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial roller doors, sectional garage doors, shutters and gates. We are based in Punchbowl NSW and service all of Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance of residential roller doors, tilt doors & sectional doors to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults with openers/motors, springs, cables, tracks and hardware.
- Installation of motors for roller doors, tilt doors and sectional doors.
- Preventative maintenance servicing.
- Taking ownership of installations and service outcomes from start to finish.
- Ensuring compliance with all WH&S and safety requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client enquiries professionally.
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years relevant trade experience (e.g. Fitter, Field Electrician, Service Technician, Welder, Garage Installer or related trade)
- Strong knowledge of garage doors, openers and associated hardware.
- Solid understanding of construction principles and manufacturing processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Self motivated with strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Current Valid Drivers Licence (essential)
- White Card required.
