What you’ll be doing
Based in Kwinana, with travel to project sites as required, you’ll support the HSQE team and gain hands-on experience across safety, quality and environmental practices while building your career.
- Assist in maintaining HSQE systems, records and documentation
- Support workplace inspections, audits and hazard/incident reporting
- Help coordinate training, inductions and competency records
- Assist in developing and implementing HSQE programs and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to HSQE activities and projects
- Support Return to Work processes and general safety initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive safety culture

What you’ll bring
- Currently studying, recently completed, or interested in pursuing a qualification in Work Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and interest in safety and compliance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Driver licence and willingness to travel to sites
Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain)
