The Role

Support the Venue Manager across daily operations, leading the team on shift and driving standout guest experiences

Take full control of the floor during peak trade, maintaining service, safety, and compliance standards

Step confidently into Manager on Duty — handling incidents, guest needs, and team performance in the moment

Motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
About You
-
Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced hospitality venue

Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)

A natural leader who stays calm under pressure and brings out the best in their team

Genuinely driven to build a long-term career in hospitality management
