About the Role
We are looking for experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in Sydney. The role focuses on installation, servicing, fault finding, and maintenance of commercial and residential air conditioning systems across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair split systems, ducted systems, VRV/VRF, and packaged units
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
- Carry out preventative maintenance in line with Australian Standards
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team
Requirements
- Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current ARCtick License
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience in commercial service and maintenance
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
