About the role
This role provides advanced advice and support functions relating to relevant systems including, but not limited to, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), SAP, Fleet Systems, QContracts, and ProMaster, to support the Service Support Branch in the delivery of Infrastructure and Assets, Emergency Management and Performance Systems, including Fleet activities. across the West Moreton Health Service. This role provides facility and fleet related advice and support functions across community health facilities.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external clients while working autonomously, prioritising workload, maintaining confidentiality and establishing good work practices focusing on service delivery.
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work with relevant stakeholders to meet the requirements of the organisation, contracts obligations and the branch to maximise efficiency and work outputs.
Proven ability to provide high level administrative support and high level systems support in the Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, S4HANA and other relevant systems to maximise efficiency and work outputs.
Proven ability to provide solutions to specific situations or issues relating to systems administration, enhancements, etc.
Willingness to effectively develop the knowledge and skills of other administration staff through demonstration and on-the-job coaching and guidance.
Ability to work cooperatively, collaboratively and effectively within a team environment by sharing information, openly communicating, managing change, treating others with respect, and including all team members in discussions.
