A rare Café Manager role has just become available at our Fountain Gate store. François Fountain Gate sits within the upmarket precinct in the second largest Shopping Complex of Australia, right in front of Myer. With existing stores in Eastland and our flagship Eatery in Mambourin, this is your opportunity to join a growing group.
We are seeking a highly skilled and Café Manager to lead the team and all venue operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader, who has a proven ability to run an operation effectively and also work alongside the owners to take the venue to its next growth phase.

What We’re Looking For
A hospitality leader with 2+ years in senior leadership
Proven experience in leading a team to success
Passion for being hospitable
Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
High standards in quality, consistency and presentation
Experience in front of house management, menu development, compliance and cost control
Advanced barista skills with latte art (essential)
Predominantly daytime hours, weekend availability essential
