Organise and manage the reception desk and bookings in the busy Education Centre at Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH).

What you'll be doing
We are seeking an organised and approachable Education Centre Coordinator who is confident with AV systems, able to manage phone and email enquiries, and able to assist with the physical setup and pack up of learning spaces while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The Education Centre Coordinator will report to the Education Services Manager and work closely with the Senior Nurse Educators.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Perform reception secretarial front of house duties
· Manage and monitor room bookings and usage
· Ensure rooms are set up according to the needs of the session
· Ensure all areas of the Centre are maintained in a clean and organised manner
· Ensure the efficient administration of the online Learning Management System (Healthscope eLearning)
· Manage course bookings
· Manage audio-visual systems and troubleshoot same
· Perform administrative duties using computer applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), LMS, and Internet/Intranet
· Coordinate weekly Grand rounds sessions and sponsorship of these
